Rugged & Bright

My personal pinterest board started reflecting this certain look: lush greenery, pops of color, heavy woodsy furniture.  At a glance the board looks old and European but also bright and fresh in color palette.  We decided to use this inspiration as the jumping off point for our Exquisite Weddings tabletop design. If the designer for Restoration Hardware with his chunky furniture and all his old world goodness married an ethereal garden fairy this wedding table would be the result.  A balance of masculine and feminine, bright and dark, heavy and light.  An abundance of greenery sets off vibrant pops of fluffy flower textured color, a complete contrast to the rugged tables, chairs and muted tones of the the architectural furniture. Sweet details everywhere including a mix of crystal and pewter goblets, a flower adorned cake, blush glass plates stacked upon vintage china, and a vine draping peony at each guest setting.

Luxe Wedding: Megan & Brad

We started this journey remotely, learning about Megan and Brad through our design questionnaire. Their personalities sparkled and jumped right off the page. Instantly drawn to the dreamy wishes of this stylish bride and groom. When we finally met in person to plan her Estancia wedding I found I had an adorable partner in detail love. Peonies, garden romance and a little ocean preppy combine into one blushy and mint Vintage Coastal wedding. No detail over-looked enlisting the help of some wonderful vendors and a design lovin’ mother-of-the-bride. The ceremony was white and dreamy with baby’s breath arrangements lining the aisles and a draped canopy altar. The garden cocktail hour included an interactive styled bar with signature drinks and a “This Just Happened” poster-guest book for guests to sign. A preppy reception greeted the guest with mint ticking linens, flag signs and table numbers, and an abundance of Organic Elements lush peony floral arrangements. All of these details were no match for this couple that is so adorable I had a hard time narrowing down pictures of just the two of them!
