Exquisite Weddings recently asked us to style a Rehearsal Dinner table for their magazine. We were given a selection of venues to pick from and it took less than a nanosecond to pick the amazing La Puesto at The Headquarters. Have you been? If not go, go now. Delicious foodie style Mexican street fare, crafted fine drinks, and a very cool mood setting ambiance. Another quick decision was teaming up with the talented team at Isari Flower Studio, Brightly Designed for paper goods, and Hostess Haven for tabletop rentals. We fell for the graphic textiles of Rais Case, who made us custom runners and feather napkin rings. Together we created a bohemian chic tabletop scene ready for a laid back rehearsal dinner captured by the wonderful Half Full Photography.
Today we serve up some holiday feasting inspiration. The idea for this shoot began with a few of us vendor friends enjoying a foodie meal and a touch too much wine ourselves. We dreamed up a detailed scenario including the rich kid characters from Gossip Girl indulging in an evening feast after their night of debauchery. Enter our styled story with a stunning cast of models playing our priveledged bridal party enjoying their moody and glamorous feasting table. Set against the industrical chic vibe of The New Children’s Museum we play off their current children’s feast exhibit in our own grown up glamorous version.
Wishing you beautiful tables, abundant food and quality family time this Thanksgiving!
